Acrylic Awning Braid Warranty
RECASENS provides a 5-year warranty from the date of installation, covering their fabrics against decomposition and fading. This warranty applies only to fabrics that are regularly maintained and used under normal conditions.
At RECASENS’ discretion, they will either replace the faulty fabric free of charge or reimburse the invoice value of the defective section. Please note, this warranty excludes any additional costs or compensation.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper maintenance or the use of unsuitable products or tools. No detergents, chemicals, solvents, scrapers, or instruments that may damage the fiber surface may be used.
- Aging and normal wear.
- Atmospheric or phytosanitary pollution.
- Soiling caused by animals.
- Repairs due to accidents, natural disasters, or acts of nature.
- Faulty assembly or user mishandling, chemical projections, hanging objects on the fabric, impacts, vandalism, burns, fire, or road accidents.
- Lightning strikes or unusual climatic or environmental conditions.
- Costs related to mechanical components (hardware, mechanisms, structures), manufacturing, assembly, or installation.
The warranty is effective from the installation date of the awnings, curtains, or other products made with RECASENS canvases.
As RECASENS fabrics are components of the final product, please contact your installer or distributor if you detect any defective fabric.
